I want to apply for visitor visa for my parents but dont have any savings! Can my spouse sponsor my parents? He has 12K CAD in savings and we both have CAD 90k+ stable income. Both parents are retired and dont have much savings. They only have house in their name! Is the situation good enough for visa approval?

Parents show their own savings. You want to show $10k cash per person in the bank over at least 4 months. So they want to show minimum $20k for a 2-3 week visit. You can include your spouse's bank statements but IRCC doesn't need to consider it. Plus not enough. Your income is not relevant.
So they show funds, ties to return (job, business, income property, children under 22), and strong travel history. Right now their profile is weak.
