HI all

I am getting a visitor visa aplication for my parents ready and as i understand it from posts made by @canuck78, @scylla, and @Naturgrl wording is very important.
I am a permenent resident of canada, but dont want to apply for supervisa as my fathers passport is only valid for 2 more years and i think it worth it to apply for such a short time.
Parents have visited UK, Turkey,Nepal, UAE.

As i understand it the following points should be adressed in the application.

1. There is no official documentation on how much money to show as proof - recomended is 10K per person for 3 weeks in the name of the princple applicant.
2. Princpal applicant (Father) has more than enough funds to show. Shoud i show my income, savings and employment offer as well or skip this.
3. For how long should the money be in the savings account (4 months?).
4. Can TFSA (can be widhrawn very quickly) be considered as savings for purpose of the application.
5. Should you show family in canada, add birth certficate to prove they are visiting their son's and vacation, both at the same time. (both me and my brother live in canada, me as PR brother as Student)
6. Should i write a letter inviting them.? Father has a stable job and we plan to show a steady paycheck.
7. Medical insurance, plane ticket booking and hotel bookings are not nessecary during the application phase.
8. we plan to visit the US after 3 weeks as well. since all of us have visitor visas, should we show this as well?

Pleae correct me if any of these are not in line with a visitor visa application.
