Work permit for spouse of principal applicant. Do we leave the employer details blank?

I’m applying under HCCP, gaining experience pathwayand my husband is accompanying me as a dependent. Therefore I’m submitting his work permit along with my application. He doesn’t have an employer though, so do I leave Name of employer and address on the form, blank??
