Work Permit Extension (August and Sept applicants)

We are on implied status also.No OHIP card,no SIN card.the employer got a warning from revenue canada it said we do not have social insurance number...

When I realized that I most likely will end up on the implied status, I went to Service Canada Office and asked what was going to happen to my SIN once I'm on the implied status. They said nothing would happen. They said my SIN would still be good for employment and taxes. I don't understand why your employer could've got a warning. Are you sure he isn't just trying to pressure you?

I applied for Wp extesnion with same employer on 24th August and received the extension doc on 24th December

Did you apply online or on paper?

I saw the message.revenue canada does not see we are on implied status.but we did not have to do anything about this issue.

Applied on September 9, 2015.

update on December 25, 2015. ( when I logged into MyCIC it is still the same)

Waiting for Approval.

We got it today.work permit extension,same employer,paper,24 august.mine is a SOWP.issued on 24 of December,got it today.we did not get my daughter's study permit only.

Their are few applicants I saw which have received of September. Latest is of 10th September.

I haven't received till now. Applied on 5th September.

Yes...If your PR is in process and PGWP has expired

My friend just called CIC to follow up his wp application applied last july 18 bcoz its almost 6 months and still nothing good news, and the agent said they will going to verify if my friend restoration is legal thats why his application takes longer. He is under restoration when he re-applied his wp extension. So when you applied wp entesion and you are under restoration from the time you submitted your application expect that wp approval takes longer.
