I am convention refugee and when I get my work permit I thought I going to get it for 3 years so I didn't give a thought for checking expiry dates but unfortunately I got to know my work permit 4 months before .... So am I in trouble?? Can I get my work permit without any trouble??

Your question isn't very clear. Are you saying that your work permit expired four months ago but that you're still working?
No I wasn't working in these four months but I am moving to different state at that time I realize my work permit expires 4 months ago.
Please SCYLLA can you tell me can I get new work permit??

Not a big deal bro. Your status is protected person you only need work permit if you want to work, other wise you don't need it given your WP garanteed by your current status.
