Work permit expires in 22 days, what do I do

My work permit is going to expire on February 04.

I had a work permit extension until April 08, would I be correct in assuming that that was invalidated when my application was rejected (I got one document submission wrong, fuck my life)

I have created a new profile today, I am now valid for Canadian work experience. I originally had BC PNP as I did not want to risk waiting to be valid for the 1 year of work experience. I have followed the instructions for the getting the BC PNP applied to the new express entry profile.

So, best case scenario: I am able to get my BC PNP applied to the new profile and therefore submit an application and therefore submit a work permit extension, before the 4th.

Do I have any other options than to leave if this does not occur?

When you say that your application was rejected, what application are you referring to? Is this the work permit extension application or your Express Entry application (or something else)? It's not quite clear.

If you have a work permit extension that was previously approved and it's valid until April 8th, then I'm not sure I understand why it would be invalidated. However I'm also confused why you say that your work permit is going to expire on Feb 4 but you have a work permit extension until April 8. These two statements seem to contradict each other.

Can you provide further details / clarify exactly what you have applied for and when - and what has been refused?

I made a stupid mistake and submitted the wrong document, therefore the application was rejected.
I have immediately created a new profile, but it will take time for BCPNP to update the new express entry profile to reflect my BCPNP nomination.

Work permit extension is only valid until a decision has been made, if my application has been rejected does that count as a decision or am I good to stay in the country until then as I'm making the new application
