I also sent webform to attach more supporting documents, but now I’m worrying if they will “recounting “ the processing time for us when the date we sent the webform for supporting documents.
No I didn’ti’ll call them tmr to confirm haha. Did you contact your local MP?
you can try to contact your local MP if you want. I contacted and he gave me the status of my application more details than phone agent

Are you able to see those additional documents on your profile?
I also had to sent more documents back in May and after a month I received an email saying that those documents were going to be added to my file "shortly" but I don't see them on my application.
I don’t think it will show up on our application. I did not see anything also.
Ohhh ok ok! sorry I just saw that you also submitted more documents, so then the 3 of us did the same, might be a pattern here lol. I don't think time will start recounting but it could possibly be what's causing the delay.

No I dont. I just called ircc and they told me documents were added to my profile
Hey I called ircc today after chatting with you. The agent said the processing time would not be reset based on webform date. The processing time would be counted since the date ircc receive your applicationNo problem, good luck to you too my friend
MP is your local member of parliament. You can search yours here based on your postal code and ask him/her help you follow up with ircc
