My express entry score is 422 and total work ex of 8.8 years ,4.8 in NOC 2174(past job title) and 4 years in NOC 2173(present Job title).As I am currently performing NOC 2173 job duties so I have used it as Primary NOC and I have experience letter from employer to proof it.I am planning not to showcase 4.8 years in NOC 2174 as my employer gives letter for current designation.So in short my express entry showcases 4 years in NOC 2174
As my score is low so I am relying on PNP. I have few questions around it
Questions
1)As per Application guide for Ontario, it is necessary to mention last 10 years of paid work Ex. Do we need to include work ex which is not included in Express Entry profile ? If answer is Yes then do I need reference letter for NOC 2174 although I have not mentioned in Express Entry profile ? Will letter from manager in plain paper will be sufficient for non primary code ?
