Work Experience Verification

Hi All !!!!

I am just wondering, how does the CIO verify the Work Experience / Skills mentioned in the Work Experience Letter. Do they personally call or write to the HR dept of the respective organization for verification or have hired local agencies for the said purpose??

Can somebody throw some light on this subject..... Thanks.....

It's not what CIO do, it's up to Local CHC how they'll verify it, They can write, visit, call to your current or previous employers.

All Cases are not verified , they are expert in checking the documents.....
Verification is done on case to case basis and its done by Visa Office (not by CIC)

It's not what CIO do, it's up to Local CHC how they'll verify it, They can write, visit, call to your current or previous employers.

verification can be done mostly by ringing the employer and sending in a third party to physically check the person's status of work.
