Work experience reference letter

Is it fine guys if the 1st company i was working with is not giving me the job duties written?? The ocmpany is shut and the director is no more willing to give me the letter with job duties even after I persuaded him numerous times.

What should I do? I have their offer letter, increment letter and experience letter along with the pay slips. I am extremely worried regarding this. Kindly advice.

I suggest that you communicate with your 1st company through email. Any email that you receive from them is a proof that you tried to get the letter from them. Also, use all other documents that you mentioned and explain your situation in a well-written LoE.
