Hi Everyone!

Pleasant day to all.

I have current CRS score of 449 and hoping to get an invite in next draw. My question is I have 12 years of Exp. 4 in 1st company and 8 and still working in second company. I have work exp/relieving letter from my 1st company even thought its not in the format asked by the CIC. But, my question Can I ask my current employer to provide the reference letter, though it will not be in format as required. My manager agreed to get the document notarized if composed in the format requested by CIC.

The Question is can I produce the reference letter still work with the same company. Will this be valid? Or do i have to resign to that document. Bit confused. Any suggestions or solutions will be helpful. This can help gather this document before I get the ITA.

Cheers
Shan

Need not resign. You can get a reference for your current job. Make sure you get it in the required format on a company letterhead with the right job duties for your NOC.
