Work Experience Query

Hi,

I worked on a multinational company for 4 years as Sr. Software Engineer. Unfortunately, when I request for a COE with job description, they advised me that they are not giving out job description since it is a confidential information that cannot be disclosed. As alternative, the company just provided a letter of explanation why they are not giving a job description on the COE.
Right now, I'm working on a small company for 1 yr and 10 months (no problem with COE w/job description). My question now is, how much points do I get for my work experience? What alternative do I need to do to include that 4 yrs exp as Sr Software Engineer? Thanks in advance.

You should self explained your duties in a letter with a cover letter explaining the situation and attach the letter of explaination from the company. Your last employer salary slips, your contract letter, your final settlement letter from previous employer. Try to gather documents as much as you can which support your relation with previous company. Best of luck.
