WORK EXPERIENCE LETTERS

Hi,

I have got an interest letter from Ontario to apply for their OOPNP. Unfortunately my employer has refused to give me the experience letter stating my roles and responsibilities. Additionally my contract does not state that also.

Is anyone else facing the same issue? Also, need help in finding alternatives to this problem.
