Express entry : Work experience section

Hi everyone,
I have 2 years of foreign experience. My first position was Graduate engineer trainee from x date to y date and then was promoted to Deputy Manager and worked until z date. My experience letter includes the mention of both positions and that my responsibilities were large similar even though there was change in designation and one set of roles and responsibilities are mentioned. My question is.
1. Should i declare both positions in work experience section even if the NOC code is same and can i upload same letter for both designations?
2. Or should i mention only Deputy manager designation from x date to z date and mention the Graduate engineer trainee position within my personal history section only. I'm also willing to explain in the client information section that my responsibilities were same during both positions.

i am permanent resident of canada and did mba i finance from brock university st.catherine canada.
right now on ei as i was laidoff from scotia bank uptill not re hired doing networkinng but not re hired till today any body can help how i should get rehired
