Hello Guys,

I have got invitation to apply for PR on March 5th 2017 draw. I falls under Canadian experience class category and I started collecting the required documents. I really need some help. Please guide me.

I am working here in Canada on deputation from India through my company on inter company transfer (work permit). Basically I have been transferred from same company(from india) to same company (in Canada). I have experience of 5 years in total (2years in India & 3years in Canada). I am working for one of our client for the past 3 years. I am getting paid by my company in Canada under Canadian payroll.

I have a problem in getting work experience letter with roles and responsibilities from my employer because they won't support me on getting PR here. Could anyone advise me what other documents I can submit as a equivalent for work experience.

I have T4's for last 3years, paystubs for 5years (2years in India, 3years in Canada), my appraisal letters, promotion letters, offer letters, deputation letter (from india to Canada). In all of these letters, only has my job title and annual package and there are no roles and responsibilities.

Appreciate quick response and help me on this. Thanks a lot.

Tell them, you do not need their support.

All you need is a letter with duties and responsibilities with the number of hours you work per week. You can be like it is needed for Health Insurance or I do not know. Just convince HR.

If that does not work, try getting it on a letter head and signed by a supervisor or manager and explain it in LOE.

If company is not supporting for PR.

Get a letter from your supervisor.include supervisors contact number and your supervisors company email address.

You have a lot of documentation, but the letter with job duties and responsibilities is critical. Can you get a letter from the Canadian client? Of course they are not your employer and cannot provide all the details, but IRCC usually asks for a client letter anyway, if you are physically performing the work at a client site.
