Work experience letter query

Guys, iIam plannning to attach the below doc for work experience please can you see if these will suffice
1. Job offer letter on company letter head (will not have job responsibilities in detail)
2 Reference letter with detailed roles and responsibilities on A4 sheet signed by manager.
3. Manager ID card
4. Manager business card
5. Pay stubs

Will this work out? Should I get letters notarized?

Looks fine.

Also, to be on safer side if you can take copy of same ref letter on mail and take printout of that ( it's not mentioned anywhere but to be on safe side.)

Also Do not forget to ADD letter of explanation that why you were not able to get letter of ref on letterhead. ( it's necessary to explain the reason)
