Hi, yes it is only counting my experience from October 2013 to present. Plus my work permit expires in a month so I am kinda screwed. 404 points here.

i understand it has to continuous but what about two different NOCs. i didnt see anything that says it cant be 2 different NOCs.
Do u have any official info link for it??
BTW i got points for 15 days gap in between my 2 jobs so im thinking gap can not be for more than a month since it asks for months and year in profile. but i m not too sure..

yes 1 year continuous work experience is enough is to meet criteria for CEC or FSW under EE.though more experience more points you get.

My gap was around 3 months. So my first job was from Dec 2012 to July 2013 then I got another job from October 2013.

We have joning letter, experience letter and in experience letter it has been mentioned that hwo much she is getting as pay.

Only problem is that roles and responsinbility for that we made affidavits. In addition to that I would like to highlight one more thing ... she has been filing PR unde Business Analyst under whcih she was working for last 5 years now. For that we have the roles and responsibility letter from the emploeyer.
We have made affidavits for experince that she had 5 years ago (as lecturer in college). I guess, CIC wants the letter of roles and responsibility to see whether applicant was working under same profile for last 1-2 year under wshich he or she is applying for PR. Please suggest

My question for applying under EE, I am (15 years regulsr studies)Diploma Holder in engineering .But I have almost 14 Years of experience in Banking and Finance ,and my job duties are also quite similar to one of the NOCs listed on CIC website under FSW.(albeit this list i have referred when FSW2014 was in force)However I have 4 years recent detailed work experience with job descriptions letter from one of my employers and ;my questions are as below:
1. Am I eligible since my work experience and field of studies are different?
2.And how many work experience is counted for point calculations under EE since out of total 14 years of experience I have detailed work experience letter with job duties for only 4 years, however normal standard format full and final letters with work experience are available for all the employers of last 14 years.

Seniors , Mr.pipin, Mr. Mike ....kind request to have your expert advise on my queries .since I asked this question to various sources but always used to get mixed responses and hence I am quite sure that ur advice will be highly valuable for me.

hello my agent says its ok to have gaps between work experiences...all in all u only need to show work experiences related to you noc...others they r not bothered...only one year needs to be continous

This may not be true pinkyshah..You would still require to show what you did during the gap years. what consultant you meeting?

I am sorry but many of my friends had bad experience from Abhinav's consultancy. Which city you residing? Are you from Gujrat? If possible do the stuff your own. We have a whats up group for Express Entry and people are very helpful out there. They will guide you for each and everything which works better than paying Abhinav or any consultant.
