For foreign work experience in EE, more than one different work fields can be counted together?

For example, I've had work experience in Software Development for 2 years and I've served Military Service for 2 years.
In this case, is my total foreign work experience 4 years??

You have to choose a primary NOC and you have to be able to show at least 12 months of work experience within that NOC code. Once you are able to show that, then all additional work experience, even if it is from other NOCs can be added to the total.

So if you are able to get employment letters for all your previous jobs and they total 4 years of 30 hours + wworth of work, then you will qualify for the highest possible work related CRs score, which you get for anything over 3 years.
