Work experience dilemma

Hi I just checked that for express entry, 1 continuous year of work experience is required. I have one year experience in a real estate firm. But I was hired as Front Desk Executive. After 7 months, I was promoted to Customer care executive. So, in total, I worked for 1 year there but only 5 months as Customer Care Executive. Will I be eligible for express entry? I tried as content writer but my experience in the field is 1 year but in different organisations.

You need one year continuous skilled experience in ONE NOC. So your employment letter must show your duties, salary and time worked for one NOC or two jobs back to back but the same NOC.
