I'd like to ask about my family situation. My parents are considered low income, mom is unemployed and dad is slightly above minimum wage. My parents plan to buy house in BC. We have money through my parents keep going back and forth between Vietnam and Canada and they are bringing cash. Now, my parents wired $25,000 through TD bank. Do we have to report that kind of income? Will govt. questions about where we get the money when we sign mortgage contract? Do we have to pay tax for it?
