Whose information goes on the Official Receipt (fees paid online)?

I am the Sponsor of my wife (outland application). I am about to send the application package to Missisauga. I paid all the fees: Right to Permanent Residence Fee, Sponsorship Application Fee & Applicant (1) Fee: a total of $1,040 using CIC website. I printed out the official receipt.

In the official receipt it has a Barcode on the top. It has a section in the middle that asks to fill out Name, Client Date of Birth, Address etc. My question is: Do I write my information on the receipt OR do I put my wife's information on the receipt?

they just need money, doesnt matter from where put your information (sponsor's) , we did same and got visa without any problem
