I would suggest apply GCMS notes again and check what is happening. No one here will be able to know even if you ask.
Also I hope the number works. Call them and explain your situation and ask them what you should do from your side.

Its better to know the decision/status:
1. If your application is rejected, then why IRCC rejected? You can resolve the issues by knowing the causes and apply again.
2. Maybe it was a cancelled Application, IRCC will also tell you why.
3. (3 years and Still in progress.... )IRCC should tell you why, it is your right to know.

Bottomline, to know the reason, you have to do these actions from your part. It will not be resolved if you just ask and complain here in the forums.

But no proof of funds.in express entry round .31 minimum score 470.at ita 628 .letter sent date 06 april 2016

If I understand the text right from the bits and pieces, it said "No proof of funds". Do you need to send additional documents or not. Clarify this part to them(CIC). Maybe the experts also have something to add. @DelPiero07 Care to help if you are available sir. Thanks.

thats was pretty quick ...Submitted August 2018 and passed my medical as well...but my background check isn’t showing started yet...hopefully you’ll get the ppl soon

Hi,
My eAOR was dated 12th June 2018.
Passed the medical on 26th Ju e 2018
IP2 was around 18th August
However there has been no progress since then.
I am now 112 days into the process from June 12 2018.

Any idea why the process has become slower than before?
Any subject matter experts around who can suggest anything around my application status.
