Hello Folks,

Can someone explained to me the following:

I have NOT got a Medicals Request yet, but today I received an RPRF payment email from CPC ?

My timeline is as follows:
- Application Received by CPC: March 31, 2014
- New PCC request document: October 2014
- PCC document sent to CPC: November 2014
- ... long waiting time ...
- Today! RPRF email. Paid and receipt sent.

The thing that confuses me is that I thought first I shall get the Medical Request , then to get the RPRF email. What I'm missing here?

Call CIC and ask them about the application status, they should let you know.

I am applying for BOWP. MY PGWP is expiring in JUNE and I applied CEC in JULY 2014. I am working with a different employer what I aplied under CEC from a year.
On doc checklist I have one question. I understand I do not need LMIA as I have AOR.

WORk PERMIT
4. Offer of Employment to a foreign National Exempt from a LMIA IMM 5802 with proof of payment by the employer (receipt number). Your employer should provide you?

What I need to do for this? Pay $230 compliance fee and get the receipt and attach with my file? ??? ??? ???

Very confused guys

Please guide me.

I am early july 09 2014 CEC applicant and have not received any updates about MR so far.

I am May applicant and still not received mdeicals. Please add me into the list

In My 1st GCMS notes Feb 19th 2015, say Recommendation 'Review required' due to duties are not in company letter head.
2nd GCMS notes received on 6th May 2015, I do not see any update see just next review date as 14th Feb. AlSo I sent original company letter with duties on April1st but do not see this details is included in the GCMS notes.

Hello everyone,

I have been waiting for MR for more than 10 months. Following are my details.
Application recieved: 28 April, 2014
AOR: June 06, 2014
I got my second set of GCMS notes. Last time everything looked ok but they added a couple of new lines highlighted in BOLD below. I inquired about this to my lawyer and he said its fine. Since my due date for the review is June 6, 2015. He said if they will request a doc we can submit it with explanation.

I tried looking up someone with a similar case but i didnt find anyone? Is this to be worried about. Everything else looks fine. I have work experience from 2 different emplyer as noted below.

Please let me know thanks.

Work experience 1: Date to Date NOC selected: 2281, full time network technician with employer name.LOE/Supporting docs appear to match lead statement and a substantial number of the main duties under NOC code selected. A T4 from 2014 show reported earnings of XXXamount. Additional notes: LOE is signed by NAMEXXX, operations manager. I note that the suite number listed on the LOE does not correspond with what is listed on company's website. A search of employers address on Google appears to show that it is a condominium for residential use and not commercial. Work experience from Date to Date, NOC 2282, full time help desk technician with London hydro. LOE/supporting docs appear to match lead and a substantial number of main duties under NOC code selected.

Congrats dear!! It is also a good news for me, since my application was received on April 4, maybe I will get the MR later cross finger for me and for everyone.

They requested from me a new PCC because I accidently sent them a scan copy, instead of an original, That's why. (very stupid mistake)
Otherwise, my GCMS notes were all clean, no remarks, just this stupid mistake which I did, regarding the PCC.

Hopefully your turn is tomorrow or next week! I really wish it for you.
