You notes does not show any concern about eligibility. I guess you are passed. You can contact you cic to see why further processing is delaying?
or go forward and submit PC ?

I shared my both notes the one in red colour from the second review on Mar 31, 2015 and on the same day I received PCC request and Apr 1, 2015 I received my MR. The blue colour notes are from initial review which was back in Sept 2014

Thanks guys. My application was received on Mar 19, 2014 and received my AOR on April 8 2014.First review happened in October.
