I m in same boat... Applied on 27th April 2014 but didn't get me yet. I did upfront but I checked in my GCMS notes it says " reviewed required by vo officer"

Do anyone know timeline for second review ?????

Second Review time line is anywhere between 1 month to ? months. :'(
I am waiting form July 2014 for my second review to happen

Just for your referrence, the second review took 4.5 months for my case. The GCMS note showed my file got transferred for second review in Mid August 2014, and I got my MR the last day of December 2014. But every case is different, and it depends on so many factors too, such as how many cases are waiting for review, who is the officer and etc... Hope everyone gets MR, PPR soon...

Hi hkcec, I have a similar situation with you. I am March 2014 applicant with my spouse. Until today, I haven't received any PCC request from HK or MR. There's only "application received" on my CIC status. My WP will expire in August and I am also thinking if apply the BOWP or not. :'( :'(

I received my HK PCC request from CIC today, did you order your GCMS notes to find out? My notes will arrive next week, if there is no negative findings, I think I will do upfront medical (probably upfront RPRF too) and apply for BOWP, and let the rest of waiting be. Just don't wanna worry too much.

My timeline FYI:
Application received: 3 June 2014
AOR: 15 July 2014
Document request: 12 March 2015 (HK PCC)
MR: Pending

Hey Everyone.
Guess what
I passed the medical without getting MR

this is how I did it.

I went and did mine upfront

I sent an email with the information sheet I got from the doctor to the following:

CPC-CTD-OTTAWA and CIO-Sydney-Serach-Enquiry

with the a copy of the information sheet and all the other information (my application #/UID and what not)

I recently got my GCMS note.

According to it, I passed my medical

I am January 2014 applicant, no med request, no news at ALL since October 2014.
App status: App Received.............
Second Review due date: 22nd of Feb 2015.

My BOWP visa expires TODAY, because all of this I applied for the second one,
on JAN 23rd, this year. ALSO NO NEWS here.

what the hell am I supposed to do?? Tomorrow I'm in Canada without a valid visa.
How much longer do we all have to wait, CIC???

They are working on Jan11,2015, so don't worry ,u are already applied for extension so your status is valid.
