Hi,

I am an Indian citizen currently staying in London. My husband has got a job in Montreal, Canada.
Which visa should I apply for, without having to give IELTS?
Is there a dependent visa?
Visitor visa is not an option, since i'll have to reapply for it again after every six months (which is not feasible financially)
All help is highly appreciated.

Thank you
Pooja

Is your husband's job skill level A, B or 0? If so, you can apply for a spousal open work permit based on your husband's work permit. Note that approval is not guaranteed.

SOWP(Spouse Open Work Permit) is best option for you, If you have enough proof to show your marriage is legal, there should not be any problems.

Thank you ghostrider0789,

Yes we've been married for over 3 years and we do have a marriage certificate.
Also my passport includes my husband;s name.

Will I require any other proof?

Thank you
