In short, it was my misunderstanding, CIC did not requested for language test in document request. i just have to mail above mentioned 2 documents only.

They don’t need language test, it was normal wording related to the format they need for the requested document.

All sorted, thanks for your help guys, I called CIC and luckily a very helpful agent explained me everything that I need to sent. - they need original copy of my old PCC - new schedule A
