I came to australia 4 year(2007) ago on study visa from india and i have got TR(Temp residancy) in june 2010 valid for 18 months,that means this visa is expiring in decemeber 2011.Now i am visiting India and getting marry to a canadian PR girl.I am just confused which visa office is suitable for me as i am in india now for my marriage and citizen of india.I will go back to australia in march and can start my file in april that mean i will have 8 months to stay legal in australia.So which visa office i should apply my case......Comments plz...regards DJ
