which state is suitable for new comer?

I am planning for flying Torontoo as one of my freind staying there. He would provide all kinds of assistance and stay his home initial fews before move to my rent flat. Its aslo a good complacent in mind I shall find all kind help and information for initial settlement. So, I am confident for Toronto.

But one of my others relative staying at Admonton inform me that Calgery and Admonton are best for new comer in order to manage early job. They have special program for new comer early job arrangement. He special emphasized to Calgery for settle despite I do not have any close familiar person in Calgery. I am little bit confused about this situation. Pl.help me.

I am also keeping Edmonton / Calgary in mind if the good time comes. Toronto surroundings are also recommended for new comers, one of my friends found a place at 25 min drive from main Toronto. You will also have to improve your English, as its not our native language but working on it can help. I have heard that its a big tool and helps in your smooth integration in the new society.
