rose, there is nothing SOLID mentioned about spouse language so far... not in latest circular or self assessment test, right?

but, for education, if an applicant's point is based on assessment, his wife's also would be same, but not clearly mentioned either....

so, you can wait for further circular... i donno...

coz as per the point scoring guide, there is no point for wife's language, then how you are going to calculate?

rose, i will also suggest you to wait for further/final ciruclar, as i am also waiting:

this is written in the latest circular:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/backgrounders/2013/2013-04-18.asp#lang

While Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) will not be accepting applications for the 24 eligible occupations until May 4, 2013, there are some new requirements that applicants can start preparing for, such as language tests and foreign educational credential assessments. The complete application process, featuring the new selection criteria, will be available on CIC’s website by May 4, 2013.

its mentioned BY may 4, 2013, NOT on may 4, 2013... that means, more circular will come before may 4....

see, my wife's ielts is 7 and mba from usa.... so, i will have points from either side, but ielts is better coz for edu, i need to assess her mba transcript through her uni of usa.... so, also hope for spouse, ielts will give number instead of education....

coolguy, i think, both of us talking right in a different way...

let's wait for the final circular BY may 4th....

What I have given is proposed changes expected on 4th may

If u see in proposed changes minimum 6 band is required which is announced on 17th april

Proposed changes will not change at major level

People are desperatly ready with their application and waiting for 4th may.
On 4th may, u cannot afford to type ur application and gather documents. If u r doing that wait for next year then

No more comments for this

rose, dont waste time, start for assessment of your educational credentials... chinese, phiilipinos, indians, pakistanis are most do these things quite fast... and you have only 300 positions to be applied from 200 countries :)

Hi mdalinaqvi
I presume the Physio requirements would be the same as for Medical Radiation Technology. Copy of degree sent from yourself and academic transcript sent from your university. This is through WES.

As per WES site for Indian Degree-->

"Request for all mark sheets to be sent directly to WES by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations
-OR-
You may have photocopies of your original mark sheets attested by the Controller of Examinations or Registrar's Office. Please request for the attested photocopies to be placed in an official sealed envelope and have the envelope returned to you to forward to WES.
NOTE: Mark sheets attested by persons outside the Controller of Examination or Registrar's Offices, such as individual professors or external notary publics, will NOT be accepted.
NOTES:
College-issued and attested mark sheets will NOT be accepted unless from an autonomous college. To check whether your college has autonomous status
"

Now my question is--? Since my college is not an autonomous college, do i have only option of sending the transcripts from my college instead of sending attested photocopies of my original marksheets???
Can someone reply on this???

You are right, both needed to be assessed.

Can you show where they mention this? I claim my spouse's education, but I am not sure that my spouse's degrees need to be assessed?

Spouse education will not give u any points.......Spouse IELTS (min 4 band) will give u 5 points
