Which Document Checklist Do I use?

Hi guys,

My wife is sponsoring me. She is Canadian by birth.
I currently live in Canada with her. We are applying OUTLAND.

We live in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

We have been married for almost 3 years.

My nationality is Iranian. I have lived in
Canada for the last 11 years.

Which Checklist Do I use?

Do I need to use the checklist for Iran (Form IMM 3911)?

Even though I am not a resident of Iran?
I have never lived in Iran.

Do you have dual nationality? If yes, you could use the checklist for either country. If you have only Iranian citizenship, then use the checklist for Iran. CIC may decide to process it in Canada anyway. If there is anything on the checklist you cannot get, just explain why and show proof you tried to get it.
