Which Docs to use , upload ?

I am applying to EE in January. I have scanned copies of WES Evaluation. Can I upload these copies while making profile and later on arrange from WES, if I am selected ?
OR
I should have WES , duplcate copies arranged before I apply ?

I could not understand when , at what step , we will be sending docs by post to CIC ?
OR All this process is going to happen electronically ? There will be no docs sending to CIC ??

The whole process will be electronically then you don't need to send paper documents to CIC by post.
