Which course and college is best for me. Need genuine help.

I had done b.tech in Electronics and communication in 2012. Then i have completed M.B.A in production and technology management (part time) in 2015.

My question is which course i can choose to study further in canada and which college is best for me. I am expecting college to be near to toronto.
