Depending upon your skill's.
Surrey,Burnaby and Vancouver would be the most convenient places for international student's. You will enjoy reasonable accomodation and easy connectivity through sky train. Keep in mind that cost of living in Vancouver would be slightly on a higher side though.
Feel free to ask in case you have any further questions in this regard.
Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

What about cities other then Vancouver do they have cheap living cost and prices, also I heard from most people that wage rates and jobs are very low in BC

It all depends upon the location of your college.

I completed my studies and moving to B.C to apply for my B.C PNP the processing time in Alberta is changed and I already wasted 6 months here, so now I am planning to move, I have my own car so convince is not a problem. But I am looking for cities where I can find jobs and liviing cost would be cheaper....
