All complete PR apps including sponsor part, applicant part, and country specific part... are always sent TOGETHER to CPC-Mississauga.

You have to send the ENTIRE application together! That includes both the sponsor papers and the applicant papers, plus all proof. Your wife can send them to Mississauga.
Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children: if you are sending it via Canada Post.

I used UPS for peace of mind and good tracking. I also found they were much better priced than Canada Post. I wanted it sent to a person upon arrival than a P.O box. Personal preference.
