Where is the 'Personalized Document Checklist'?

Hi everyone,
I'm currently filling out our PR application (we already have ITA), but I can't find the personalized checklist. Could someone please let me know where it is? Thank you.

Oh great, thank you for the reply.
Once I complete the form and get the checklist, can I still go back to the form and make changes?

By and large, it is possible to make changes to the form before submission but you can't edit certain fields like Name, age for obvious reasons. Make sure you aren't making any changes accidentally or otherwise which end up making a material difference to your program eligibility or CRS score.
