I have applied for my PR under Express Entry. However, the document checklist for my BOWP application in my GCKey account does not show IMM 5707 (Family Information Form). I heard that some applicants added this form on their own.
Could you please confirm whether IMM 5707 is required for all BOWP applicants or only for certain categories?
