Hello Members,

I received an ITA on 18th Dec. I am waiting for some documents, but I feel that I will receive them in time and hence was planning to get medicals done.

I have not yet filled my post ITA application.

Do we need to fill the post ITA application first, which will generate some document to get medicals or I just need to walk in at the approved doctor and have my medicals done?

Do we need to take some document with us for medical examination?

Best Regards,
Omsaiom

NO ! NO ! NO!

It is my big big mistake ! Hix hix . Just go to see the approved doctor by CIC. The doctor will give a form, then submit it to your CIC application.

Please see the link below regrading medical exam,
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp

If you recieved ITA you have to book an appointments to The panel physician. Once your exam has been completed, the physician will send the results to CIC.

Just walk in to the doctor for medicals or at least take appointment, there may be 7-10 days waiting time for getting medicals done. better get your medicals done at earliest.
You will need to take your passport and its photocopies and ask for upfront medical test for Canada Immigration.

i did my medical when i previously received ITA, but due to some errors i made in my EE profile i have to decline my ITA to make changes in my EE profile.
After making changes , i again received my ITA in the latest Draw, so my question is can i use my same medical that i did for my previous invitation,
Or do i have to retake the medical.

Kindly advise.

Get your medicals done on a date as close as possible to the date you submit your app. This may help them from expiring during the process, and give you more time for landing, as you must land before the 1 year date of medical exams. If you don't you must re-take them.
