Hi everybody, I'm new in this community.
Here's my personal information
Now I'm working in Alberta under LMIA, by the end of this September I would have been working for 1 year in Canada, with this experience, LMIA and other points I got, I'd have above 460 points, which I think can help me get the ITA.
Now I may have some questions to ask.
1. I don't like my current job, so I think I'd like to resign as soon as I could, so when could I quit? After I got my one-year domestic experience or After I got the ITA or later?
2. In case I resign, will it affect the express entry application? Let's say after submitting my application visa officers might contact the employer for verifying the details of the reference letter, and he may say something bad about me, would it affect my EE application?
3. Since I'm under LMIA with a closed work permit, whether my resigning after EE submitting would make my LMIA void so I can't get the 50 points from LMIA?
4. Right now I'm working hard and still being in good terms with my employer, so I can get the reference letter from him but I don't know after I resigning if he would still willing to give me the letter. So should I get it now or after 1year working.
There are so many questions, I would be grateful if you could give me some advice.
