My spouse has applied for travel exemption to reunite with me from Nepal since visitor visa application has been pending since a long time.. We are expecting to receive it soon.. However, VAC are closed here and our application is processed from IRCC Delhi,,can we directly send passport to Delhi office via courier if possible not routing through VaC??
What to do if VAC are closed for visa stamping,, is there alternative..
