What should self-employed submit as proof of income?

What should self-employed submit as proof of income for Super Visa (for Sponsor - not applicant).

Thanks for the input. Is that all needed? Should I provide accountant note or anything else? I'd rather not go through all that trouble in mid year because my accountant has to do numbers again. Also, my wife has had a new job in the past 3 months. Should I include those slips too?

Is that all you submitted and got accepted?
