So, my uncle is going to sponsor me in Manitoba, and I don't know which program I should go through. I have three years of work experience here in the Philippines, and I also have relatives there. I also tried to check the EE, but I have a low point because most of the requirements there require that I have work experience or I should've studied in Canada hope that someone can help me Thank you so much!

It isn't going to be possible with just your uncle's sponsorship.

You need to be either be working in Manitoba on a work permit or have a qualifying job offer in Canada.

Read through the Manitoba PNP site to see what stream you are eligible for. Scores are high so you want job offer, in demand NOC, ECA, IELTS etc. Not sure having a relative will help you get nominated if you don't work and study in the province with a job offer.

How are you getting PR through Manitoba PNP? What stream? Have you even looked at the draws and scores? What is your score? Honestly don't see how you are eligible. Degree, Francophone, job offer, NOC etc. Having an uncle is not enough.

Thats what im deciding rn, on what pathway am i going through, in family sponsorship or skilled worker, regarding to my score i haven't calculated it yet because im still lacking in requirements like my IELTS

So what is your ECA? NOC? You will not have enough points to be nominated unless you have a job offer eligible through SWO, worked and studied in Manitoba or fluent in French. PNPs have few allotments and there are thousands who are already working in the province who don't get PR.

The days of being able to get PR in Manitoba just because you have family there are over and has been for a few years at this point. You and your family need to get more updated information about the state of immigration in Canada and how hard it is to secure even a WP these days. The one big exception is if you have degrees and work experience in certain fields. If you were a nurse for example then family support may be enough to get to Manitoba on a WP or PR. Also unless you have specialized skills and you can prove your uncle can’t find someone already in Canada to do the work then getting a WP also a long shot.
