My question is that when should i pay the landing fee? Because i have get notice about i should pay the landing fee. Does the CIC will inform me after they receive my medical examination report?

I'd pay the RPRF asap, to help things move smoothly. I don't know how long it will take for you to get your PPR, but you'll likely see a status update on CIC's website once they've receive your medicals
