I am 21 years old and will be turning 22 in February 2024. My mom is married to a Canadian and is applying for family sponsorship. I have a child, but I am not married. I am unsure of what dependent type I am. Can anyone help us on this?

Are you common law? Are you living with someone?

What you mentioned (type abc) were OLD definitions before Aug 1 2014. That's almost 10 years ago:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/definitions-dependent-child-august-1-2014.html

This is the current definition:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/age-limit-requirements-dependent-children.html

Basically under 22 and is single (not in common law relationship or married). It doesn't affect your dependent requirement if you have a child or not.
