Does your Letter of Acceptance mention a coop? Mine did, "Internship/Work Practicum for 4 months", so I uploaded the same letter of acceptance in the column for proof of work requirement. You can do the same.

But if yours doesn't, then write to your university asking them for a letter detailing the mandatory coop.

"Internship/ Work Practicum: Optional in 3rd/4th year of undergraduate studies"

Do I still check yes for can I leave it at no

If you want to do Internship, then check "Yes". It will be up to the discretion of the IRCC officer looking at your application to grant the work permit or not. If they don't grant it, you can always re-apply for a work permit once you land in Canada, after a semester or two, with proper documentation from your university.
