What is the timeframe for adding a newborn after getting the approved for permanent resident visa?

Hi im residing here in the Philippines. And we just recently got approved for PR Visa. However im currently pregnant and will give birth by July 2019. I would like to know how many days or months is the processing for adding our newborn baby, so we can bring the baby with us in canada.
