send bank draft , I sent it from bank of america, they said its wired transfer but tell them you need bank draft. they charge extra fees for draft under wired transfer.

online payment is only for those who are in canada, you cannot pay initial application fees through online.you can pay by credit card or bank draft, or money order etc.

No, but send draft its very easy to get and Bank of america will gives you customer service number to know your draft is cleared or not? just call the service number after 3months if your draft will cleared then the customer service representetive will tell your its not in the systems means its cleared and you will get AOR soon , I used the same Draft and my personal experience I shared you..
