I am 47 years and canadian citizen and wanna get admission in undergraduate aeronautical engineering, is it possible. If possible then what could be the fee ?
You can certainly apply but you’ll also need to determine whether this is a good use of your time at your age. Job prospects aren’t great in Canada especially since Bombardier has had some major layoffs in the past few years. Will you be study in the evening while working full-time? Can your spouse provide financially for your family if you want to study full-time. If you work full-time you will likely need to study part-time since it is quite a difficult course. How will studying affect your retirement. Depending on your current career does it make sense to start at entry level positions in your 50s and will it be difficulty to secure an entry level job in a new field at your age. There is certainly ageism when it comes to hiring practices. How will studying for 4-8 years depending on whether you study full-time or part-time impact your family life? Is there a program at your local university? Do you have the grades to get into the program? Lots of things to consider.
