I wanted to ask what is Level of establishment , on the basis of which visas are sometimes rejected?

it means how well your family is established in your home country or how well financially and socially your family is doing. Your father, mother, brothers and sisters. Your family businesses, property agricultural lands, your source of income etc.
If your all family members(siblings and parents) are in your home country and are doing well(good jobs, married had children etc) it shows strong establishment levels.
For instance if you have business or job which is high demanding in your home country.
Now apply this rule to every aspect in your case.
