Qorax,

I want to share these lines with you all that reflect the nature of human beings... By any mean I am saying we are mean, or ignorants. And I understan ignorant refers t osomeone who ignores something... JUST THAT THIS TREAD MAKES ME THINK OF HOW ANXIOUS WE ARE.

Dr. Yahya al-Yahya states that it is necessary to understand the fundamental nature of a human being, that he is: weak, hasty, ignorant and unjust. He is also unappreciative, anxious, obstructive, fearful, mean, stingy, and miserly. He loves to argue, arrogantly ignores and turns away from his Lord in wealth and health, and despairs when in poverty and sickness. He also rejoices and boasts when in wealth to other slaves of Allah. He is never fed up or bored of asking for wealth.

These characteristics are always present in one; however, they increase or decrease, surface or fade away according to the upbringing and the amendment of the spirit.

He is also afflicted with hardships, works industriously, and struggles diligently all his life.

Allah the Most High says:

"Man is ever hasty." [Israa', 11]

"Mankind was created weak." [an-Nisaa', 28]

"Man was created of haste (i.e., impatience)." [al-Anbiyaa', 37]

"But man [undertook to] bear it. Indeed, he was unjust and ignorant." [al-Ahzab, 72]

"Indeed man, to his Lord, is ungrateful." [al-Aadiyat, 6]

"Indeed, mankind was created anxious. When evil touches him, impatient, and when good touches him, withholding [of it]." [al-Ma`arij, 19]

Anxiety is strength of impatience in states of affliction, and strength of attachment to this world and holding onto it in states of blessings, fearing it will diminish and slip away.

The requirements for the Interview would be listed in the Interview Letter. Check it, there would be certain original docs that u have to bring along when u come to the CHC for it. That'd provide u a fair idea reg. why they called u.

This is a b/ground check interview. Your VO must have some concerns reg. your Quals, Exp or your Marriage.

Hi Qorax,
In my Caip Notes there are so many original Docs they listed i guess they are preparing me for an interview i will be happy to attend.

My BF'd date was the 22 .01.2011. I will wait and hear what they will say.

You are a great person to me. I wish everyone could have the mind you have, then we all will enjoy this beautiful world.

Thanks a lot for the help.

Dear All

NOPE... it is not a negative thing... few weeks back, an applicant who got PR (not able to remember his name) shared that he had major accident (& if I remember correctly, lost his leg(s)); there was no issue because of that.

One of my friend who is handicap, got PR 5-6 years back & doing really well.

As per my info, don't worry...

But wait for seniors comments...

Hi Qorax
Will you comment about the old applicants like 2004,2005 and 2006
My case has been transfered from Islamabad to London on 29 September 2010
How much more time the old applicants have to wait
give some guess
Thanks for your information It,s really wonderful for us.

Qorax mentioned BFD is just reminder to look into case. I hoped that there would be visible progress in my case (I am waiting for medical request). but even after 5 weeks of BFD, I do not see any progress. May be I have got another BFD.

May be BFD on Sunday is indicator of issuing another BFD without action. This is just guess.

The 'transferee cases'@CHC-London (from CHC-Isb) r having a separate queue... and has further delays (not that CHC-London was fast in anyway!). However, cases till 2006 CHC-Isb should have been 'completed' by now. With the 'Simplified Processing System of 2008' u had a chance to 'reapply', but now its too late (& things have changed too). Send them emails from time-to-time.
